1/ The process begins with user interaction, where anyone can simply chat with the AI bot and request tokenization of an asset, such as a Rolex or a real estate property. The AI verifies the asset’s authenticity using image recognition, metadata analysis, and integration with external databases to confirm ownership and legality. It also conducts fraud detection and compliance checks to ensure the asset meets tokenization requirements.

Once verification is complete, the AI selects the appropriate token Standard for unique assets or fractionalized ownership—and deploys a smart contract on the blockchain. Compliance is integrated into the smart contract, ensuring adherence to jurisdictional regulations, including KYC and AML checks. The next step is custody and physical asset linking. Assets can be securely stored with third-party custodians or remain with the owner, with legal proof of ownership tied to the token. Advanced security measures like IoT devices, NFC chips, or RFID tags provide real-world tracking, while oracles enable real-time asset valuation updates.

After tokenization, the asset enters the marketplace and liquidity phase. It can be listed on RWA marketplaces, NFT platforms, or integrated into DeFi protocols. Fractionalization allows shared ownership, making high-value assets more accessible. The tokenized RWAs can also be used as collateral in DeFi lending protocols, unlocking new liquidity opportunities. Future enhancements include AI-driven asset valuation, tokenized insurance, and cross-chain interoperability, ensuring a seamless, scalable, and regulation-compliant ecosystem. Tokery is making RWA tokenization effortless, automated, and accessible to the masses.
